Before I began this program, I felt weak and unable to exercise due to the excess weight causing feet problems. Other side effects I had from being overweight were high blood pressure, high cholesterol and a high glucose level. Since losing my weight my medicine has been cut in half and will be eliminated by year end. I now have plenty of energy and can play basketball without lack of breath and injury. I get so excited when people say that they are proud of me.
